How we work
Plain terms, findings you can check, and work judged by calls and booked jobs.
Month to month. You own everything.
The website is a one-time project. Ongoing work is month to month, and you can cancel any month.
Your domain, Google Business Profile and accounts stay in your name the whole time. If you leave, we hand over the site files, remove ourselves from your accounts, and send back any data we hold.
Judged by calls and booked jobs
Rankings and traffic are easy to show and hard to bank. We report on the calls and jobs that came in.
No ranking guarantees
Nobody controls who Google shows on the map. What we commit to in writing is the work: what gets built, what gets fixed, and what you see each month.
Switching from another agency
We’ll help you find out what you own today and get it moved into your name.
Questions and answers
How much does it cost?
It depends on your trade, your services and the areas you cover, so we quote after the audit, in writing.
The website is one project with one price. Ongoing work is a monthly fee.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Ongoing work is month to month, and you can cancel any month.
What happens to my site if I stop working with you?
It stays yours: your domain, your site files, your Google Business Profile and your accounts. We remove ourselves and hand everything over.
Do you run Google Ads?
No. We work on the things that keep bringing in calls whether or not you’re paying for clicks.
Who writes the website?
We do. You approve every page before it goes live.
Which trades do you work with?
HVAC, plumbing, electrical and roofing. If you run another kind of home service business, ask us.

It’s free, and every finding comes with how to check it yourself.
